LCD Driver Board
The high-performance LCD driver system developed by our company adopts modularized architecture, which consists of main control board (Main), expansion board (Sub) and child board (Child), and supports up to 64 channels of independent precision voltage outputs, which can be expanded to more channels through I²C to meet the driving needs of complex LCD panels. The core of the system is equipped with high-resolution DACs and multi-stage operational amplifiers, which can finely regulate Vcom and each output signal to ensure voltage stability and response speed, and is suitable for evaluating the electrical performance of a variety of liquid crystal modules and dynamic driving.
The control mode of this driver board supports USB (Type-C) and Bluetooth BLE dual-channel communication, which can realize flexible connection and parameter management with PC software or mobile devices. Users can realize voltage presetting, output channel selection and control mode switching through DIP switches and rotary voltage setting modules, taking into account the needs of automation and manual adjustment. The system has built-in multi-group power management module, providing ±5V, ±6.5V, ±24.5V, +26.5V and other driving voltages, and built-in multi-point test node, which is convenient for real-time monitoring of output voltage and signal status.
The driver board is also equipped with corresponding software system to achieve the reliability test of each interface, image signal simulation, voltage data output and other visualization functions. It is one of the important achievements of TENWOOD in the field of intelligent display and embedded system driver technology.
